1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or playing Geometry Swing Light Speed, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. License and Usage

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Application solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with this Agreement.

3. Virtual Goods and Purchases

The game includes virtual items, including but not limited to Skins and Themes (accessible via the "Armory").

• These items have no real-world monetary value.
• They cannot be exchanged, sold, or redeemed for real currency.
• Ownership of virtual items is tied to your Google Play Games account.

4. Elite Access & Promotions

We offer an "Elite Access" status that removes advertisements, unlocks cosmetics, and provides community benefits for a duration of 36 hours.

Users may obtain Elite Access status without monetary payment through our access code system:

1. Follow and engage with our official social media platforms to find new access codes.
2. Limited codes may also be distributed via the official website.
3. Enter the valid code within the game to unlock 36 hours of Elite Access.
4. Elite Access codes for Geometry Swing Light Speed are strictly free of charge and are never offered for money.

To ensure a safe environment for all players, we collect and store specific data including your age, device default locale, in-app generated notification ID, Play Games player ID, player name, and UID via Firebase.

• Prohibited Content: You may NOT engage in social media interactions regarding the game that contain NSFW material, hate speech, harassment, or spam.
• Consequences: Any user found violating community standards or exploiting access codes may be permanently banned from the game's community features and future rewards.

Elite Access includes "higher win rates" for our Community Reward Programs. This refers to an increased probability of being selected in random giveaways for top leaderboard players and does not alter core physics or gameplay.

5. Leaderboards and Community

• Leaderboards: We use Google Play Services to track high scores. We reserve the right to remove scores achieved via exploiting game bugs.
• Weekly Rewards: We host a weekly random reward system for players in the Top 20. Selection is random, and we reserve the right to modify this program at any time.

6. Disclaimers

• "As Is" Basis: The Service is provided on an "AS IS" basis. We utilize third-party services (Firebase, AdMob) and cannot guarantee 100% uptime.
• Data Loss: We are not responsible for data loss resulting from Google Play Games synchronization errors or user device failure.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including breach of these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
